I went on a whirlwind trip to NYC this weekend with my friend Kristina to find her the perfect wedding dress! We took the MVP bus early Saturday morning and went straight to Kleinfeld’s. We were lucky enough to have Debbie from Say Yes to the Dress as our consultant. She was fabulous and Kristina is going to be the perfect bride. She only tried on a few dresses before she found the ONE! Debbie even asked her “Are you saying yes to the dress at Kleinfelds?” It was great! We also saw some Jersey girls getting ready to film for the show when we left.

After the bridal appointment, we headed to Cafeteria for lunch. I had my latest obsession of chicken and waffles. Sidenote: Why does chicken taste so much better when it’s dipped in syrup?

After lunch, we got back on the bus and headed home. What a quick trip! Next time we’re staying overnight. I’m pretty sure our bus driver was falling asleep at the wheel on the way back so that definitely made for an interesting trip home. I wish I could post a pic of THE dress but that will have to wait until April 2012!
